Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed.

To request a cancellation, please contact us through:

  • Instagram Direct Message (DM)
  • WhatsApp

Please include your order number or order confirmation/receipt so we can process your request quickly.

After the 2-hour cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, as processing begins immediately.

Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges if we send you the wrong item or wrong size.

Eligible for Exchange

  • You ordered Small, but we delivered Large.
  • You received the wrong jersey, incorrect variant, or incorrect product due to our mistake.

Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund

  • You ordered the wrong size and it does not fit you.
  • We delivered the exact size and product that you selected while placing the order.
  • You change your mind after placing the order.

Order Confirmation

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order.

Orders will only be processed after the advance payment has been received and verified.

Orders without the required advance payment will not be processed.

Delivery Time

All football jerseys available on Jersey Factor are sold on a pre-order basis.

As each order is specially sourced and prepared to ensure premium quality, the estimated delivery time is a minimum of 4 weeks from the date your order is confirmed.

Delivery may take longer due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Flight availability
  • Customs clearance
  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays or other unforeseen logistics circumstances

We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if there are any significant delays.
